Background - born in Washington DC. Little else is known about his past as he will not share it. Many believe him to be the son of a former great wrestler also obsessed with taxes. Although he makes no secrets that the wrestler is his hero.

The Taxman is a heel but does not believe he is. His action depict that his actions are his patriotic duty (hence the red, white, and blue lasers and fireworks during his entrance) to his country to rid the county of tax cheats. It does not matter who the person is they are all hiding something. Tax credits or tax breaks are not in his vocabulary. Any government system is a result of the tax dollars and should not be abused. The people whowork for these organizations is overpaid. To work for the government is an honor and should be reward enough including the military.

The Taxman preaches these things but does not practice them. He will "seize" things than skim from the repoed, audited, seized, etc items. When it comes to wrestling anyone with gold around their waste is his biggest targets as he believes they won something but have not paid the taxes on their "winnings".

The taxman can be seen coming to the show in a fancy government owned vehicle. He does not pay for anything so he may grab food or some kind of concession at the show and say this is now property of the government. He is obsessed with winning at any cost. He threatens the referee allowing him to perform his finisher without worry of disqualifications. Once he obtains the belt he does not wear it but keeps it in his briefcase. You will see him cleaning the belt often for when he does show it off it will shine brighter than the arena lights.
